High season: July, August, Fair of the Dead, Christmas, Epiphany, Easter, (April 25, May 1, Dec. 8 ... etc.) and other festivities.
Mid season: April, May, June, September, October
Low season: November, December, January, February, March.
From 14/06/2013 to 13/09/2013 stays offered for sale are usually one week from Saturday to Saturday.

To confirm your reservation you must pay a deposit equal to 20% of the total amount by bank transfer to an account notified by management or other form of payment to be agreed with the same direction.
The management reserves the right to ask for a deposit of € 200,00 will be returned upon departure barring any damages or losses to the structure.
